Now, what is a "Mullrammel"?
|
Mullrammel, i.e. Mullramlet is a beautiful and idyllic natural mountain gorge in county Västerbotten. The hills there are so steep that the soil cannot hang on to the mountainside, it just keeps falling down to the bottom of the gorge, making the ground fertile for many odd plants. The swedish name means "the place where the soil falls". So you can say that we play sweet soil music...
We are influenced by all kinds of music that you hear nowadays, like from Youtube, Myspace, cd:s, radio, TV but also very much by our ancestor's folk music and mediaeval tunes.
